To be eligible for a return, the rug must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any included packaging. Floor Protection

Our rugs come with a cotton backing that’s safe for most floors. However, we recommend using a premium rug pad underneath for added grip and to extend the life of both your rug and the flooring beneath.

Cleaning Method

For daily maintenance, vacuum gently without a beater bar. In case of spills or stains, blot immediately and consult a professional cleaner for best results. We do not recommend machine washing or soaking, as it may damage the hand-tufted structure and natural fibers.
