If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any included packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Floor Protection

Our rugs come with a cotton backing that’s safe for most floors. However, we recommend using a premium rug pad underneath for added grip and to extend the life of both your rug and the flooring beneath.

Cleaning Method

For daily maintenance, vacuum gently without a beater bar. In case of spills or stains, blot immediately and consult a professional cleaner for best results. We do not recommend machine washing or soaking, as it may damage the hand-tufted structure and natural fibers.
